WSLL Mission Statement
The mission of West Springfield Little League (WSLL) is dedicated to supporting youth of our community in developing the qualities of citizenship, teamwork, and leadership through the pure enjoyment of baseball.  By advocating the Little League virtues of character, courage, and loyalty, WSLL program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.

WSLL Core Objectives
- Create a fun, safe, and competitive environment in which our players can develop the skills to play baseball for years to come.
- Provide a positive and organized team environment in which our players can acquire an appreciation for sportsmanship, teamwork, and pride and integrity.
- Develop managers and coaches that advocate the values and objectives of WSLL.
- Improve the overall experience for players, parents, and coaches to create a culture that not only attracts player and volunteer participation, but keeps them coming back year after year.
